The Power Yoga classes below are listed in order of challenge. The class name will indicate where the class is held. Additionally, some donation-based classes are offered in various community locations in the Savannah area. We have one studio located in Wilmington Island and also offer live classes online via Zoom. Most of the Power Yoga classes are heated to 90 degrees, while our Spry classes are not heated. We offer both Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga classes as well as our Spry Mind+Body classes, which are specifically designed to support healthy aging.
